Driveway

Continued work on the retaining walls which were started on July 25th. Started excavation for the driveway and side yard, expecting completion by September 10th.

Deck and Windows

All deck surfaces have now been poured. Windows are also finished, with the exception of the quad slider for the Juliet balcony. Expecting delivery on September 5th.

Framing

All interior framing has been done, and we have also finished boarding the roof. Should have the decks finished in the next few days.

Building Progress, as of August 5th

Structural steel was put in place, forms done, and the concrete was poured after inspection. We have now stripped the forms and applied the foundation coating. With this now done, we moved on to starting construction of the retaining walls.

Busy Week

This week, we finished the excavation, poured the footings, finished the walls and poured the floor.
